Tour Description
Your friendly tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in the morning. Drive 2.5 hours to the Xizhazi Village. It’s about 140 km from the downtown Beijing. Hike with your guide about 1 hour in the mountain to the top. The first Tower you will reach is called Zheng bei lou Tower. The view is amazing on the wild Great Wall, especially at the Zheng bei lou Tower. But the hiking on the wild Wall is also really a challenge for you. It takes around 4 hours to hike to the Mutianyu Great Wall. The condition is getting better at the Mutianyu section since it has been repaired officially by the government. Have a simple picnic when you just arrive at the Mutianyu section. By walking down you will also see more and more tourists. You can take the cable car to come down from the No. 14 Tower or walk another 40 minutes to the No. 6 Tower to take the Chairlift or slide way to come down with your own spending. Your driver will pick you up at the Mutianyu Great Wall Parking lot. Drop you back to your hotel after the impressive 9 hours hiking tour.
